The luxurious digital properties will live on the Spatial.io metaverse and will be available to the public to mint starting on June 18, 2022. Such variations are minted in differing levels of rarity and assigned to buyers at random.

The state-of-the-art 500 sqm-equivalent spaces designed by Polycount.io feature a banquet suite-cum-reception room complete with luxury lifestyle standards, such as a mid-century inspired bar cart and spinning turntable, screening room, bedroom, and wraparound outdoor sky lounge outfitted with its own helipad and fully animated helicopter. All penthouse interiors are customizable, which is ideal for corporations that want to establish a metaverse HQ and allow clients to wait in the lobby in style. The screening room supports screen-sharing, uploaded content, and livestream functionality, enabling owners to close deals in the metaverse, or stream watch parties with friends. Meanwhile, the heliport will ultimately become a portal through which users could access exclusive digital events.
